Saudi Arabia New Rules for Indian Workers 2022

Indian nationals working in Saudi Arabia no longer require Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for Visas.

Saudi Arabia Embassy in Delhi stated that there is no longer need of PCC for Indian Nationals. This step has been taken to strenghthen relations between the two countries.

On 17th of November the Saudi Arabia Embassy in Delhi said that Indians would no longer require Police Clearance Certificate(PCC) to apply for Visas. The decision has been taken to further strenghthen the bonding of two countries. Further the Embassy has appreciated the contributions of over 2 million citizens living in Kingdom.

“In view of the strong relations and strategic partnership between the Kindom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of India, the Kingdom has decided to exempt the Indian nationals from submitting a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). The PCC will no longer be a requirement for Indians to obtain a Visa to travelling to Saudi Arabia”
