Office Assistant: An Office Assistant is a professional who oversees clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. They keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure that the workplace is neat and clean for visitors or clients.

Terms & Conditions

  • Safety Officer must have Nebosh Certification and Gulf Experience of 2 YEARS.
  • Office Assistant should be graduate and computer knowledge must.
  • Max Age: 41 years.
  • 08 Hours of Duty, 26 Days a month + Overtime.
  • 2-3 Years of experience in their respective jobs.
  • Age Limit – 21 to 45 Years.
  • ECR & ECNR are both types of passports accepted.
  • Accommodation and transportation are provided by the Company.
  • The medical facility is provided by the company.
  • Insurance is provided by the company.

Benefits To Employees In The Kingdom Of Bahrain

After one year of working with your employer, you have the right to change your employer but you are required to inform LMRA and the employer of your wish to work with a different employer under the period specified in the employment contract and follow the transfer protocols.

You have a period of 30 days upon the expiry of your work permit to leave the country or find a new employer. Workers are allowed to take up another interim job in that period of time. You should keep the LMRA system updated with your updated (if any) mobile number and address.

Report to the nearest police station/ and or to your embassy in the country and report to the Ministry of Labor in case of any abuse or coercion to violating any rules.

Employees have the right to get the complete salary or wages on time and on the specific date as issued in their employment contract, if you face any problem you can report it as a breach of contract to the Ministry of Labor.

Workers should never pay a single penny for anything including a work permit or any other services provided by anyone other than the official sources.

Follow all the necessary government rules and regulations while staying in the kingdom of Bahrain.
