  • 08 HOURS DUTY A DAY / 26 DAYS A MONTH + OVERTIME.
  • ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED BY COMPANY.
  • MEDICAL IS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
  • INSURANCE IS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.

EMPLOYEE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Always work with a valid permit issued by Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). Give required documents such as photos, signatures, and digital fingerprints to the LMRA when you move into the kingdom of Bahrain for the first time, or under a period of one month from the date of entry.

Take Employer’s permission for leave or be absent from work for more than 15 days. Always work as allowed by the work permit and for the employer, you are permitted. Never work for anyone other than your employer, whether it is part-time work or extra work.

Benefits to Workers

After one year of working with your employer, you have the right to change your employer but you are required to inform LMRA and the employer your wish to work with a different employer under the period specified in the employment contract and follow the transfer protocols.

You have a period of 30 days upon the expiry of your work permit to leave the country or find a new employer. Workers are allowed to take up another interim job in that period of time. You should keep the LMRA system updated with your updated (if any) mobile number and address.

Report to the nearest police station/ and or to your embassy in the country and report to the Ministry of labor in case of any abuse or coercion to violating any rules.

Employees have the right to get the complete salary or wages on time and on the specific date as issued in your employment contract, if you face any problem you can report it as a breach of contract to the Ministry of Labor.

Workers should never pay a single penny for anything including a work permit or any other for any services provided by anyone other than the official sources.

Follow all the necessary government rules and regulations while staying in the kingdom of Bahrain.
